Creative Decay has just released a new home! it includes a living room, kitchen, and bedroom, front and side porch, and even a little patio on the roof :) it can be used as a skybox or on the ground, my photos have it inside of a scenery box..
The home includes a furnished or non-furnished version, with everything mesh! the prims are extremely low meaning you could probably even add to it (depending on your prim count) for personal items.
Non-Furnished = 208 prims
Furnished (PG) = 426 prims
Furnished (Adult) = 434 prims
Another great thing about this home is that it is definitely unisex! i feel like men especially would love its dark and neutral look, so this could even be great for a single male, or just a couple, of course ;)
Speaking of, Bed and Couch include an adult menu, there's a working hot tub on the porch and the kitchen table has a rez food menu!
